Lids Opening Up

Lids Opening Up

If you are experiencing an issue with pod lids opening up after filling there are two likely causes.

1) Coffee is not being degassed properly. Coffee needs to degas for 2 to 3 hours after GRINDING, not after ROASTING.
2) Roller tension is too loose. If coffee is being degassed properly, the next most likely scenario is that the sealing pressure is not high enough. Be careful not to go too tight, as that can also cause problems.
