Lids Opening After Filling
If you find that the lids on your pods are opening up after filling, the most likely culprit is that your coffee needs to degas. We recommend letting your coffee degas for two hours after grinding (not after the roast) before you fill your pods. This will allow enough gas to escape that it won't build up and potentially pop open the lid on your pod.
If you are degassing for two hours after you grind the coffee and are still having the issue, try tightening the sealing pressure by adjusting the roller tension knobs. Do this incrementally until desired seal is achieved.
