Sometimes an issue can not be resolved through our troubleshooting guide. For those instances we have a team of trained technicians ready to help. Follow the steps below to submit a ticket and we will get to work on resolving your issue.
- Click on "Submit a Ticket"
- In the "Equipment" field, select the machine or equipment you need assistance with.
- If you know your serial number, enter it into the "Serial Number" field.
- Enter the issue you are having in the "Subject" field.
- Enter a detailed explanation of the issue into the "Description" box. Be sure to attach pictures or video if possible, as this will speed up the process of finding a resolution.
- Hit "Submit"
You have now entered a Service Ticket and one of our technicians will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.
