How to Do a Hard Reset

A hard reset can usually correct many issues with just a few moments of effort.
  1. Turn off power to the unit on the machine and on the power supply box
  2. Take off the side panel of the machine by pulling on the two release latches near the top of the left hand panel. Also remove the top viewing plate.
  3. Slide the filling motor (fill cylinder) forward towards the front of the machine roughly 1 to 2 inches.
  4.  Slide the fork assembly forward towards the front of the machine roughly 1 to 2 inches.
  5.  Grab the vertical corkscrew looking shaft that is inside the left hand side of the machine and manually turn it to raise the riser platform roughly 3 inches. *Note: when you stop turning it, the motor will lower itself down a bit. This is fine.
  6.  Replace all safety panels back on the machine.
  7.  Turn on power to the supply box and then to the machine.
  8.  Press STOP and then RESET.
Now you have completed a hard reset on your machine. Try to run the machine as normal and see if your problem persists. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to our Service Department for assistance.
