Forks Jamming

Forks Jamming

Steps to follow if the forks are jamming up and stopping the machine, causing loud noises or vibration.

  1. Verify that the pod stack count is correct on each stack and there are no damaged pods in the stack.
  2. Verify that the pods are not jammed too tightly or loosely in each stack. For compressed pods, you can grab the top pod in the stack and the bottom pod and bend to loosen them. If the stack is still too compressed, a setting change with the help of a technician may be in order.
  3. Check the two adjustable knobs on the top of the roller assembly to make sure they are not on maximum tension.
  4. Verify that the forks are clean of any sticky or oily residues.
  5. Attempt a hard reset.
If the issue persists, please contact our Service Department for assistance.
