What to do when you get channeling in the hopper or inconsistent fill volumes per pod:
- Ensure proper filling technique, slowly pouring the grounds in from left to right and right to left repeatedly.
- Ensure there is a hopper insert and that it is placed in there correctly.
- Ensure the hopper is properly cleaned and free of any sticky or oily residues.
- After filling the hopper, do not have excessive downtime while the grounds are sitting in the hopper compacting.
- Ensure the correct sized cylinder is in the machine.
- Make sure the machine is not set to vibrate mode.
